Joining forces with this incredible initiative also allows us to empower the community around us with Sustainable Salons creating purpose-driven jobs for those with disabilities.
As a sustainable salon, our goal is to have less than 10% of daily clinic waste by choosing recyclable products and consumables wherever we can. You can rest assured that the brands we choose to partner with, share our core values of sustainability and reducing our negative footprint.
When booking an appointment with us, a $3 Green Fee is incorporated in your service fee. This small, but mighty, contribution allows us to have our waste safely collected and upcycled. Once collected, our chemical waste is neutralised and turned into recycled water. Your Green Fee contribution also supports feeding your local community thanks to a portion donated directly to OzHarvest.

We accept skincare from any brand. We accept materials such as Glass, Foil, and Hard and Soft Plastic containers. We do not accept aerosols or mixed materials that can’t be separated.
Simply wash and dry your empty skincare products and bring them into the clinic. We then send your empties to be processed by Sustainable Salons.
By participating in our Buy Back Initiative, you’re contributing to real, measurable change. The profit generated from recycling these materials goes back into local communities and charitable programs. It’s a win-win situation: less waste in landfills and support for important causes.
To say thank you for helping us reduce waste, you will receive a $2 credit towards your next retail purchase. This applies to each product returned. All credits must be used in one transaction and on the same day as the empty products have been returned. Unused credits will be forfeited.
